- The promoter is Provide Digital.
- To enter, have a free demo or consultation meeting with Provide Digital between Monday 15 September 2025 and Friday 28 November 2025.
- All valid demos and consultations that have been completed by 6pm on Friday 28 November 2025 will be entered into the draw.
- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
- The prize is one Amazon Kindle Scribe (16GB). No cash alternative is available.
- Only one entry per organisation will be accepted.
- The promotion is open to UK healthcare professionals and organisations.
- Colleagues who are part of the Provide Community Group will not be able to enter the prize draw.
- The draw will take place on Monday 1 December 2025.
- The winner will be notified by email or phone on Monday 1 December 2025, before they are announced on Provide Digital’s LinkedIn account.
- The prize will be dispatched to the winner during the week commencing Monday 1 December 2025.
