The background

MyCareBridge was developed to address the growing need for a more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly referral process for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) within the Mid and South Essex Community Collaborative. The aim was to reduce administrative burdens, improve communication with families, and enhance the quality of information available to clinical staff.
