ProvideMyBooking was created in 2020 to manage office desk bookings and allow businesses to control premises and adhere to social distancing regulations.

The application allowed users to track the availability of desk space using graphics uploaded of each department and building.

The dashboard also informed admins who was sitting where so, in the event of an outbreak, they could inform all those in proximity to quarantine.

Until the software was created, Provide was struggling to see who was coming in to which buildings and sitting where.

When the Covid pandemic struck, Provide Digital created and launched the Bed Bureau System over a single weekend.
