Who are we?

We are a team of professionals who are experts in digital innovation, particularly for the healthcare sector.

With the help of modern technology, we are working to revolutionise this market, creating and deploying bespoke solutions to complex problems and reducing administrative time and resource for the NHS.

We work with you to deliver ground-breaking apps and software that can transform patient care, alleviate managerial pressure and streamline processes, improving services, slashing budgets and improving delivery times.

Working with you

Our processes allow us to listen, collaborate and deliver on solutions that are bespoke to you and your problems.

Our process includes:

Requirements analysis

We will spend time getting to know you, your operation, your challenges and your opportunities. Through listening, we build a better understanding of your specific problem, what you want to build, what features your product should have, and what purpose it will serve.

Customisation

The second step of our work with you is to carry out extensive user research and information gathering, which allows us to define the functions of the final product. The aim is to create a user-friendly experience so this key step allows us to begin development of a product that your patients or staff will enjoy using and get the most out of.

Testing

To keep users secure and free from bugs, our QA specialists perform automated and manual testing to ensure the quality and security of the code and the user experience. We also run user acceptance testing which gives the customer the opportunity to be directly involved in the design.

Deployment

After ensuring the product security and finetuning the functioning for your requirements, we take your product live on every desired platform. This will be a seamless launch that allows you to introduce patients, staff or other individuals to the product in line with our final step.

Training

We make sure our clients are comfortable with the use of the product, by providing multi model training. This will be a comprehensive programme that allows you to ask as many questions as you need to. We want you to get the most out of your software so we will work with you to guarantee every member of the team is confident to take it forward.

Ongoing support

We can stay involved with your product long after its implementation. This allows us to continue to improve the application and fine tune the software as you grow or develop your business in the future.
