Provide Community, the Essex-based, employee-owned community interest company, was named winner of the Building a Culture of Innovation Initiative award at the prestigious national Business Culture Awards, on Wednesday 13 November 2024, for the second year running. This year’s accolade was shared with subsidiary company, Provide Digital.
The Building a Culture of Innovation Award celebrates Provide Communityโs commitment to fostering a culture that embraces fresh ideas, collaboration, and forward-thinking solutions to support health and social care delivery in the communities that they serve. The submission for the Innovation category showcased the exceptional creativity, dedication, and hard work of colleagues in Provide Digital, as well as reflecting the organisation-wide ethos of innovation and community impact that is central to Provide Communityโs mission.

In addition to winning the innovation initiative award, Provide Community was also recognised as finalists in three other award categories at the Business Culture Awards 2024:

- Best Wellbeing Initiative for Business Culture (under 1.5k employees)
- Best NGO/Non-Profit Organisation for Business Culture
