After attending University the first time to study Economics and Computing, Paul spent several years working in the finance sector in the City and left to set up a foreign exchange trading company with a business partner.
Due to the financial crisis in 2008 Paul decided to fund himself to go through university to study Psychology full time and let the crisis pass and never looked back. A first class Undergraduate degree and two additional first class Masters Degrees later Paul took the decision to step away from completing his PhD Thesis to become Managing Director of Provide Digital as he firmly believes in providing better healthcare engagement through the use of better technology.
Paul has 3 children and lives in rural Suffolk with his fiancée Becky and is a self-confessed sci-fi geek and computer gamer.
Philip is a qualified accountant who has worked in the health provider market for 27 years, and is passionate about improving health provision through innovative service delivery.
Philip has worked for a number of Acute Hospital Trusts, including Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, but for the last ten years has been the Finance Director of Provide CIC, focusing on community health provision.
Philip has three grown up children and lives with his wife Annie in rural Essex. Philip is a football referee and a keen golfer.
John is the Chief Executive of Provide a community interest company responsible for delivering a broad range of health and social care services in the south-east of England, a company he created and led out of the NHS in 2011.
He has significant experience of working in public, voluntary and social enterprise sectors. John is a hugely successful and well-respected business and social entrepreneur, he is passionate about social business and supports the wider industry by sharing knowledge of best practice.
His track record has earned him a prestigious national award, and the organisation he leads continues to set new standards in efficiency and quality. In 2014 John was Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the year for the social enterprise category. In 2015, John was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Health Science by Anglia Ruskin University and in 2017 the University of Essex awarded John an Honorary Professorship for business.
